Made for the Serra i Moret comic contest, given by the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalonia's government) since 1982. The contest pretends to stimulate research and treatment of civility.

The Capità Cívic (Civic Captain) is a superhero that fights against the antisocial, givimg them lessons to respect the more basic rules of coexistence.

Made in pencil, ink and a cover in computer color.
